Application Support Engineer x2

    We are looking for two Application Support Engineers to support our ambitious growth targets.

    Your Role

    • We are looking for an individual to come on-board to join our solution engineering team and help support the solutions deployed across the business. 
    • You will provide second line support and have plenty of opportunity to grow into a Software Engineering role should you wish to do so. 
    • We operate with a start-up mentality and as such love individuals that can work well in a cross functional team.

    We would love to meet someone who can 

    Day-to-day you will be investigating and troubleshooting issues which can range from providing support on application functionality through to full blown debugging of our web applications. 

    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
    • Basic knowledge of T-SQL and relational databases
    • Ability to solve problems with a scripting or programming language such as PowerShell or C#
    • Previous experience around batch processing and ETL processes a real bonus

    Your Background

    • Must be a self-starter that can work under limited direction. 
    • Agile experience useful
    • A keen problem solver
    • Strong communication skills as you will be dealing with people and managing expectations. 
    • 2+ Years’ experience in an IT support role.
