We are looking for one Digital Marketing Executive to support our ambitious growth targets.
Your Role
In this role, the Digital Marketing Executive will be tasked to support all business units in the UK and overseas to attract, convert and retain more customers.
Working with the wider organisation, marketing team and agency and partner network you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of campaigns and content solutions with the aim of increasing website traffic, generating qualified leads, and nurturing those leads at all stages of the customer journey.
Whilst this is a very hands-on, technical, and operational role, there will also be an emphasis on project management and agency liaison.
We would love to meet someone who can
- Support in the development, implementation, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns that focus on acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and engagement.
- Manage and execute the process of design and delivery of marketing projects for CRM, Loyalty, digital, email and direct marketing campaigns
- Manage trigger-based campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to optimize customer experience and maximize sales across channels (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic, etc.)
- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Maximise exposure of all content that is produced by promoting it across social channels and repurposing it where possible.
- Develop and execute A/B, MVT and other tests scenarios to improve user experience and conversions rates.
- Work to ensure the website is optimised for search (SEO), and there is a clear and obvious path for customers to move through the funnel. Also, assist on building landing pages for all campaigns.
- Support in the management of our Marketing Automation platform (HubSpot), ensuring workflows are optimised and leads are tracked, and nurtured from MQL to SQL.
- Develop bespoke, audience-targeting strategies for all business units to reduce ad wastage, increase conversions and ad relevancy across all channels.
- Determine execution platforms needed based on customer requirements and assist with developing the connections to those platforms.
- Continually look for new ways to generate leads and manage targeted list development.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Your Background
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience defining and executing Inbound Marketing Strategies
- Experience creating and developing campaigns for a B2B business.
Job-Specific / Technical Skills:
- Strong Relationship skills (as will be required to interact with different internal sub business units)
- Highly analytical with the ability and knowledge analytical tools.
- Excellent data management and problem-solving skills
- Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification or equivalent experience (Marketo, Eloqua etc)
- Certified in Google Products such as Google Analytics and Adwords
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital marketing reporting technologies and processes.
