We are looking for four Implementation Executives to support our ambitious growth targets.
Your Role
As Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that the implementation and management of new products and services are delivered on time and to the right quality.
We would love to meet someone who can:
- Ensure that all implementation activities, Including the setup, quality assurance and implementation of new products and services on GardX systems, are delivered against requirements and on time
- Ensure that all information required to complete an implementation is and collated and change controlled
- Liaise with existing 3rd party integrations for new dealer set ups or changes to existing set ups
- Deliver against the implementation pipeline, ensuring any set priorities, based on the business needs, are adhered to
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to
- Where needed liaise directly with the client to support the implementation of their dealers
- Liaise with relevant teams for swift integration and troubleshooting
Your Background
This role will suit someone who has administration experience, who is accurate, with a keen eye for detail, and who takes pride in delivering quality results and exceeding expectations!
