IT Administrator

    Job Description

    As an IT Administrator, you will play a vitally important role in, achieving our ambitious business growth objectives, and scaling revenue to the next level.

    IT admin can and should be challenging and rewarding. No two days should be the same. Yes, you’ll be doing the BAU stuff – user administration, setting up hardware, and documenting. But you’ll also be working on a wide range of projects, performing research, getting the chance to support colleagues on programming… and much more.

     

    Key Tasks

    ·       The day-to-day administration of the IT asset (hardware and software) database, and inventory of hardware and software in use is accurate.

    ·       Administration of IT hardware/software procurement.

    ·       Provide support to our in-house digital products.

    ·       Monitor licenses.

    ·       Undertake physical audits of IT equipment.

    ·       To identify requirements for the creation of Asset Management policies, processes, and practices within the Company.

     

    Key Skills and Knowledge

    ·       A knowledge of PHP, databases, and web technologies is highly advantageous.

    ·       is passionate about improving processes, products, services, and software for clients.

    ·       is tech savvy and dedicated to learning

    ·       are confident to work independently and as part of a team

    ·       Demonstrable experience within a similar role within a large professional environment.

    ·       Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration

    ·       Advanced problem-solving skills that can be applied to situations and problem resolution.

    ·       Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

    ·       Strong all-round Microsoft Office skills.

    ·       Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

    ·       Being an all-round team player, people's person and able to work in an open fast paced environment.
