Your Role:
As an Underwriter within the Pricing Team within GardX Assure, you will play a vitally important role in, achieving our ambitious business growth objectives, and scaling revenue to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of new and existing GardX insured business, utilising vast policy and claims data to develop premium rates from the ground up. You will design and create new products, assist in developing terms and conditions, and proactively monitor the portfolio all within agreed service levels. Evaluating risk submissions, your role will involve ensuring new and existing proposals are appropriately priced and positioned to meet customer, market, and commercial objectives.
You will also be accountable for delivering maximum return on investment through delivery of business objectives via; insured products, key clients, senior managers, and stakeholders/strategic partners.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the delivery of the Business Plan across all lines of business to agreed budget, service levels and within risk tolerance.
- Support the delivery of profitable performance and growth for all allotted business lines and regions within legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure profitability of all product lines and recommending remedial action where necessary.
- Accountable for delivering maximum return on investment through delivery of business objectives via; insured products, key clients, senior managers, and stakeholders/strategic partners.
