Client Development Manager - M11 Corridor
  • Salary: Up to £37,500 PA Basic + £10,000 Bonus PA + Company Car/Car Allowance
  • Location: Field Based

Your Role:
As a Client Development Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships within the automotive sector, adding significant value, enhance dealerships' customer experiences and bottom-line results. Working closely with the wider Client Development team, and collaboratively with a number of key internal stakeholders, to support on account management best practice, opportunity spotting and strategies to drive these strategically important client relationships forward.

Key Accountabilities:
The successful candidate for this Client Development Manager role will have strong prior experience within the automobile industry. The ability to demonstrate a results orientated, proactive approach is essential for this role, as are strong research and business writing skills:
·       Ability to build strong client relationships and enjoy bringing innovative solutions to the table
·       Deliver coaching and development training to drive the performance of an assigned dealership/dealer group.
·       Collaborate with other team members to customise solutions that meet the unique requirements of each dealership.
·       Be abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to help guide our client base.
·       Identify key opportunities to grow our range of products within your assigned territory.

Person Specification:
·       Proven track record with the automotive sector
·       Strong understanding of car dealership operations, challenges and opportunities.
·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
·       Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
