Your Role:
Are you a passionate, creative, and commercially aware individual? GardX Group have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Junior Creative Designer to join their team.

GardX Group is formed of 3 brands, GardX Protect, GardX Assure and GardX Engage, with the role covering all brands, this role is a great opportunity for someone with a track record of juggling multiple projects and complex project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. An eye for detail and an enthusiasm to always bring something to the table will be key to your success.

 

Role Purpose:
Working closely with the product developers, logistics, and marketing departments of GardX, where our products are worldwide, to deliver label artwork solutions that enhance our products throughout customer supply chains. The role is to manage the label artwork for GardX showing an understanding of product range design, building harmony, consistency, and clear purpose across multiple products.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Creation of a wide range of product labels (assets), in numerous language variants.
  • Creation of inner & outer case labels
  • Case artwork creation
  • Creative Design
  • Ensure correct compliance information on product.
  • Supporting the delivery of all business objectives.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in (software package / packages) with a strong understanding & passion for design.
  • Good organisational skills when prioritising workload and the ability to work efficiently in collaboration with other team members.
  • Attention to detail, for technical requirements a necessity.
  • Ability to follow brand standards.

 

Technical requirements (requirement varies with nominal volume variants) but typically the candidate would :

  • Input  Hazard & Precautionary phrases
  • GHS Symbol sizing.
  • UN number sizing.
  • Nominal Volume height is used for each label variant, estimated symbol required beside each nominal volume.
  • Text sizing @ 2.5mm / 7points, as a minimum on labels
  • UFI sizing.
  • Label Cutter sizing.
  • Bleed Edge on each label.
  • Barcode input.
  • Ensuring the final version of label is printer ready.
